I've have been neglecting my blog lately, I know. My life has magically gotten busier- I remember now that I am a much happier person when I am busy. So- here's to the craziness that I never think I want.
I love the classes I am taking this semester, I feel myself getting smarter every minute. I've started clinicals and have seen a fair share of ear infections in the last few weeks. When I'm not studying, I'm exercising (I need to get ready for all the great things I want to do this summer in the mountains), and I'm baking. I can't stop- my freezer is full of all kinds of treats I just have to try. Kristen Johnson got me the greatest baking book ever-BAKED- I can stop reading it and dreaming of the goodies I'm going to make. So far nothing has disappointed. I make granola regularly, and bread (not from the book) I've been baking my bread instead of buying it. It's all so good! It's probably a good thing I have been exercising- or I'd soon be rolling to class. This deliciousness above is my latest creation- a Rootbeer Chocolate Bundt Cake. Delicious. (and just pretend it's turned the other way I can't figure out how to rotate it).

That cake looks SO tasty, even at the wrong angle, but I guess it doesn't matter since it's a bundt cake.
